The equipment consists of a body, a loading dock with a compression mechanism and an exhaust device inside the body. The hydraulic installation and control mechanism, all functions and load distribution are conveniently mounted, in accordance with the technical specification of the truck chassis on which they are mounted. All equipment is manufactured in series production taking into account the regulations in force.

This collection vehicle is used to collect recyclable materials - paper/cardboard and plastic bottles - from 80, 120, 240, 360 L eurocontainers and 600-1100 L eurocontainers; as well as household waste.

Also, the vehicle complies with the Romanian legislation regarding the maximum axle load, the lighting and signalling system as well as other requirements required when registering for traffic in Romania.

Body

Upper part: steel sheet 3 mm — ST52

The grip of the car body is made with elastic elements;

The equipment is provided in the front with a tank for dirty water, as well as with a drain hose.

The struts under the body are mounted on a “C” profile frame, thus making the floor rigid.

Exhaust device

Moves inside the body on the profiled itself from the floor to the top;

The exhaust device is mainly driven by a double-acting telescopic cylinder.

It is located at the rear of the body when it is empty, and moves automatically to the front with the help of the back pressure valve when waste is loaded into the drain

Legs

The leg is mounted on the body through upper hinges and opens with the help of a double-acting hydraulic cylinder.

The collector tank with a capacity of 1.1 mc is made of sheet 6 mm thick

A double profiled sealing gasket is installed here, in order to prevent leakage of dirty water from the body. The gasket is made of a rubber that is resistant to wear and acids.

There is a safety bar at the back of the fairing that is mounted between the body and the leg to keep the door open during repairs.

There are also anti-cading safety valves mounted on the hydraulic cylinders to prevent the drain from falling off in the event of a broken hose.

There is a tap for draining dirty water under the drain.

The superstructure is provided with 2 stages for operators with presence sensors. If the operator steps on the step, the compaction cycle stops to prevent possible accidents.

The tank will be used to collect waste from eurobins of 80, 120, 240, 360 L and eurocontainers of 600 — 1100 L;

Hydraulic installation

The pump is mounted on the power outlet of the truck gearbox, and the capacity is chosen so that in 25 - 30 seconds a compression cycle is achieved.

The power outlet is operated from the cabin.

Filter per return

The tank is equipped with a visiting cap, level and temperature indicator and a drain valve.

The closing and opening of the lane, the back-and-forth movement of the discharge device are controlled manually by two directional levers with control valves and mounted in the front - right of the body.

The movement of the slide and the cup is controlled by 3 levers with directional electropneumatic valves mounted at the rear.

The loader is manually operated by a lever.

All valves are of higher category.

The hydraulic installation complies with the provisions of EN 1501-1
